Recording Studio Policy
Welcome to Core Creative Studios !
We are dedicated to providing a professional, creative, and respectful environment for all clients. To ensure a smooth operation and positive experience, please review our studio policies below:
1. Booking and Cancellations
Clients must book sessions in advance. All bookings will be confirmed via email and/or Text
A minimum $40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations must be made at least [X] days in advance. Cancellations made after this period may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is encouraged.
2. Session Duration
Sessions are scheduled by the hour. Please arrive on time to maximize your session. Time taken for late arrivals will be deducted from your scheduled time.
3. Payments
Full payment is due upon completion of the session unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit card, online payment options].
4. Studio Conduct
All clients and guests are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.
The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. Alcohol consumption must be approved by studio management.
Clients may bring a limited number of guests to sessions. Feel free to inform us of any extra attendees in advance. Extra Guest will Incur a Event Fee.
5.Equipment and Liability
Clients are responsible for the proper use of all studio equipment and instruments. Additional charges may apply for any damage incurred during your session.
The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep track of your belongings.
6.Recording Rights
Clients retain rights to their recordings. However, the studio reserves the right to use any recorded material for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.
We appreciate credit given to Core Creative Studios in any published works resulting from recordings made here.
7. Confidentiality
All information regarding clients’ projects, including recordings, lyrics, and concepts, will remain confidential.
8. Health and Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. Please follow any guidance regarding health guidelines, including [any specific local requirements regarding health protocols].
9. Amendments
Core Creative Studios reserves the right to make changes to this policy as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant amendments.
